"Edged" (short film)
Description: This is my first shot at a short film. It is about this person, who due to his drug abuse, led him to develop paranoid schizophrenia. He had a bad trip and the delusions won't go away. He starts seeing spiders crawling everywhere and little dots in his surroundings turning into spiders.
I wanted to do a project that will allow me to utilize skills I've learned in my two majors: Video Production and 3D Animation. I wrote the story/script, shot and edited footage, sound effects, 3D modelling and animation, special effects and compositing all by myself. I learned a lot in bridging my two specializations together while producing this film. I started this project at the beginning of October and it's about 30 minutes long. Right now, I am currently finishing up with the post-production work.

Chameleon Dance Ensemble - Promotional Video
Description: This video was made to feature the creative pieces performed by the Chameleon Dance Ensemble in their premiere concert. The challenge of this piece was being able to blend different dances with varying tempos and music into one piece. I also shot all the footage and provided them with a DVD of their concert.

A Little Ninja Movie
Description: This is the first video production I've ever made. The entire thing was shot on a green screen and composited into backgrounds I made in Adobe Photoshop and Vue 6. Done in about two weeks, I conceptualized, storyboarded, shot, edited, animated and composited everything myself. I've always wanted to do a comic-book type music video, and when we were given this project, I took the opportunity and created this little music video. The song, "Wake Up", is by a Filipino metal band called "Slapshock."

Ookfest 2006
Description: This piece was assigned to us as a midterm project. It's the first piece I've edited. We were given raw footage shot at Ookfest 2006 and a soundtrack that we have to sync the footage to. It took me approximately three hours to do this.

Description: For our final assignment in the first semester, our teacher asked us to edit footage and music made available by CBC for a contest they were holding. We had to make a 30 or 60 second trailer for the show "Intelligence".

The Lot
Description: Earlier this semester, our video teacher gave us an editing exercise. We had to edit some raw footage for a TV show he was shooting, "The Lot". This gave me some insight in continuity in video and editing High Definition footage.
